As you can do plenty of things:

1- Go to bed early

2- Wake up early in the morning, like singing birds

3- Do some sports

4- Have a refreshing shower

6- Eat healthy food, not junk food

7- Have a nutritious brakfast

8- Have some good friends

9- DO NOT make a lot of friends

10-Revise your lessons at home

11- But most importantly, be positive

As people say : "Smile to life , it smiles to you"
